I killed my plant. I'm sorry, it was an accident. 
I've been reading Scott Kelby's amazing book on digital photography lately. So naturally, I felt inspired to go out and try his tips.
This is my best try at a sharp, clear photograph.
* Levels and color tones adjusted in Aperture. Slight cropping. Canon SD450 at ISO50, macro mode.
